ISHMAEL ANSAH, Executive Director

Ishmael Ansah is an accomplished technocrat with diverse experience spanning through the fields of Industrial Maintenance, Engineering and Project Management. He started his career fifteen (15) years ago with Goldfields Ghana Limited, Tarkwa Gold Mine and has grown in the industry with sound and creditable reputation both nationally and internationally.

In 2012, he joined Noble Gold Bibiani Limited as Instrumentation Engineer. Thereafter, he had an international assignment in 2014 with Saudi Arabian Mining Company, Maaden playing various roles as Electrical Engineering Lead, Maintenance Superintendent, Document Control Manager and Project Manager. He was active in the execution of technical feasibilities to ascertain technical and production viability of projects before implementation in maintenance and production value chain.

He has an excellent appreciation of Human Relationship and People Management, and a passion for delivering excellent results. He has depth of knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Process Controls, Engineering Management, Project Management and Consultancy. He has cutting edge competencies in leadership, strategy formulation and business goal management, having been in the forefront of Engineering and Maintenance Management and Project Management with a wide range of responsibilities.

Mr. Ansah holds a BEng degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Master’s degree in Project Management from Open University of Malaysia. He also holds other certificates including Advance Diploma in Data Communication, Networking and IT from Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT) Australia, Diploma in Lean Engineering and Project Management from Flowers School of Technology, Germany. He is a Certified Project Manager, Institute for Project Management Professionals (IPMP), Middle East Chapter and a Certified Professional Engineer, Gulf Engineering Board.
