I&P Global Limited want to support and develop high caliber Graduate talent within the Finance function, to create our Finance and Business leaders of the future. We want to nurture broad and rounded Finance skills and experience, coupled with industry specific business expertise, to add significant value throughout our business operations.
During your 2-year programme you will help the business to understand its performance against KPI’s such as budget, forecasts and market and engineering value chain. The role will have exposure to the wider engineering function and will liaise directly with the Engineering & Maintenance teams and indirectly with Commercial and Operational Teams.
Key accountabilities will include; weekly construction reporting, business improvement projects, monthly reporting and analysis, budget and forecast control, optimization and cost control.

Your development will be through on the job training, in-house training, online study provision and support, and undertaking further training where required.
